Steve joined the company in 1979 in a sales administration role. Rising through the ranks to become Sales Director in 1996 and has held the position of Managing Director since 2002. Steve’s passion for customer service has spearheaded the Companies success over the last two decades.
Gordon Sankey
Finance Director
Gordon joined the company in 1977 at the age of 17 and has worked in every aspect of the business before settling in the Finance department with subsequent appointment as Financial Director in 1994.
Jane Dickinson Green
Head of Finance
Jane joined Cecil Macdonald in 2022. Jane brings over 30 years of industry experience in her previous role as an auditor, having originally qualified as a charted accountant with KPMG. She has a diverse knowledge of systems and processes.
Debbie Gould
Head of HR and Finance Manager
Debbie is responsible for HR and is a senior member of the finance team. She has been with the company over 30 years and has a wealth of experience within the business.
Nick Wadia
Head of Supply Chain
Having worked in the Travel Retail Industry since 2007, Nick joined Cecil Macdonald in 2013 as Administration Manager, moving into his current role as Head of Supply Chain. Nick has a broad range of knowledge ranging from Inventory Management to Demand Forecasting and beyond.
Mike Wescott
Head of Sales
Mike has been with Cecil Macdonald since April 2012, joining as a Junior Sales Executive and ultimately progressing to Head of Sales in 2020. Mike manages our key accounts as well as overseeing the broader sales team. Working with brand owners from all categories to achieve maximum distribution within each of our travel sectors.
Mark Hawkins
Head of Warehousing & Logistics
Mark joined Cecil Macdonald in 1988 as a warehouse operative, ultimately progressing to Head of Warehousing & Logistics. Mark is responsible for the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse facilities and for ensuring our systems and processes keep pace with the business expansion.
